One month before the event you’ll select your meetings: you will be given detailed profiles of all confirmed attendees. Suppliers select the 20 buyers they would most like to meet and buyers nominate their ‘top 20’ suppliers. We then produce your personal meetings schedule. Our system ensures the most effective combination possible of Buyer and Supplier requested meetings. You’ll receive your provisional meetings schedule 1 week before the event. There are 4 meetings sessions over the two business days. Each meeting is 20 minutes long with a five-minute break in between. Each Supplier has their own Meetings table that the buyers will visit, according to their schedules.
Remember, your meetings are just one of many opportunities to meet everyone over the course of the event.
Hotel interior designers need to ‘touch and feel’ products. The Supplier Showcase makes this possible.
The Supplier Showcase is like a mini-exhibition, giving Suppliers an opportunity to display some products. The Showcase is set up in the meetings room for the event duration so products are convenient to hand at any time. 75 minutes on the first business day is dedicated to the Supplier Showcase: all buyers will visit the Showcase area, allowing suppliers to present their products to buyers they don’t have a scheduled meeting with. It also gives the Buyers a chance to see all products & discuss them with their respective manufacturers.
The seminar programme will educate, inspire, challenge and entertain. Expertly hosted and moderated by Guy Dittrich, renowned journalist and moderator, four sessions, all pertaining to Hospitality Interior Design are delivered over the two days. They can range from the latest market information from industry analysts, keynote interviews with design gurus, discussions and debates on controversial topics, or thought provoking presentations on something unexpected. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved from the audience, and you may even find yourself being invited to participate! The Seminar Programme is free to attend for all delegates.

You can start with the pre-event tour: a fun group outing, it’s a natural way to start networking. The Welcome Buffet then brings you all together as you start putting faces to names. The networking keeps rolling through the business days: chats over coffee, lunch or between meetings can really open things up. After the first business day, the pace mellows as attendees re-group for another relaxed dinner and some bonding. The second business day feels more familiar with random chats & meetings happening throughout the day. The final evening sees everyone together for the Farewell Dinner. Satisfied after 2 intensely productive days, it’s time to relax and enjoy the company of new customers, colleagues and friends, firming up plans to catch up after the event.
